Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If there is any error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so we may assist you promptly.

PROCESSING | SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time includes product preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, please expect longer processing times.

If delays occur, we will notify customers via email and our social media platforms.

Please note: This is before the item is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once your parcel has been received by the courier, SHEEGLAMOUR is no longer responsible or liable. For any issues that arise during transit, please contact UPS directly.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
